More than just golf
The goal of the SCGCC Junior Golf Program is not only to teach life long golf skills but to develop social skills, courtesy and sportsmanship.
It is our hope that young peoples participation in the Junior Golf Program will provide them with the opportunity to form new acquaintances and lasting friendships. ‘’In addition to our standard Golf Only Membership, the SCGCC is now proud to offer our Learn to Play Program, The Learn to Play Program is a comprehensive junior program that will run from May until September every year. The intent of this program is to provide juniors with the equipment, coaching and on course plat that will allow them to develop golf skills at an individualized pace.
The Junior Golf Program is for children aged 5-18.

Our Learn to Play Program is designed to introduce new golfers to the game in a fun, supportive, and inspiring environment. Participants will learn the fundamentals of golf while building confidence, developing sportsmanship, and forming lasting friendships.
