New COVID-19 Measures & Protocols

 

Recently, the Provincial Health Officer issued a series of public health orders that pertain to the requirement for proper face coverings, vaccine cards and other measures regarding gatherings and events. These orders effect the operations of both the Clubhouse the Food and Beverage operations of the Club. The following protocols are now in effect.

 

  • Masks are required to be worn in all indoor settings of the clubhouse, including the Proshop.
  • Masks are not required while actively eating and/or drinking indoors/outdoors.
  • A face shield or bandana is not a substitute for a mask due to the openings below the mouth.
  • Masks must cover the nose and mouth.
  • Food and Beverage will remain open Wednesday through Sunday from 10 a.m.  –  6:00 p.m.
  • All current Food and Beverage protocols affect both the outdoor and indoor dining areas.
  • Access to the deck and Food and Beverage indoor areas will be available via the outer staircase leading to the deck.
  • Please wash your hands in the lower bathroom prior to heading upstairs.
  • There will be a hostess table set up on the deck near the seating area, and guests will wait to be seated. 
    • Vaccine passports are required to enter indoor and outdoor Food and Beverage areas.
    • You will be asked to provide your vaccine passport accompanied with a government issued photo ID.
    • Between September 13, 2021, and September 26, 2021, you may provide the paper record of the vaccination you received from the person administering the vaccine, with your photo ID.
    • Guests aged 12 – 18 are not required to show photo ID with their vaccine passport.
    • Commencing on September 13, 2021, and ending on October 23, 2021, you must have at least one vaccine dose 7 days prior to being served on the premises.
    • Commencing October 24, 2021, you must have received two doses of vaccine 7 days prior to being served on the premises.
  • Members and guests must remain seated and not move from table to table.  Mingling and/or congregating is a violation of the provincial health order.
  • A drop table is placed at the end of each table for food/drink zones. Do not move chairs to these tables for seating.
  • There is hand sanitizer on every table. 
  • Apart from the All-Access bathroom for use by guests who have limited mobility, bathrooms upstairs will remain closed.
  • No cash transactions.
  • These public health order protocols remain in effect until January 31, 2022.
  • Any individual found violating the provincial health orders could be ticketed $230 or $575 depending on the violation.
  • Any business (the Club) found to be in violation of the vaccine card order could face a $2,300 fine.
